BAYSAN’s top management hereby declares its Integrated Management Policy in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, taking into consideration national and international laws and regulations as well as business ethics. The policy aims to bring customers, suppliers, and employees together around a common purpose in line with the organization’s mission and shared values, while fostering a corporate culture that can be embraced and shared by all.

* Ensure that personnel with the appropriate knowledge, skills, training, and experience are assigned to operational processes within the organization; establish and maintain working conditions that comply with applicable laws and regulations, customer requirements, and human values by operating the Quality Management System (QMS) based on the principle of continuous improvement.

* Become a recognized, trusted, and preferred organization both domestically and internationally in the field of transformer tanks and components.

* Prevent disruptions in operational processes and avoid customer dissatisfaction.

* Establish an open reporting system and environment that allows all employees to report operational risks and deficiencies to management freely and without any pressure, whenever they wish, and ensure that such reports are handled confidentially.

* Ensure that, in accordance with national and international laws, regulations, directives, and standards governing the Integrated Management Systems, the personality and dignity of every employee are respected; refrain from corporate disciplinary action except in cases arising from violations, illegal activities, intentional misconduct, or other defined inappropriate activities; and ensure a safe working environment by prohibiting verbal, physical, or psychological harassment and coercion.

* Safeguard the health and safety of all personnel involved in operations, minimize potential accidents by preventing risks at their source, and continuously improve the operational safety and security awareness of personnel at all levels in order to prevent occupational diseases.

* In all activities, take and ensure the implementation of necessary measures to prevent pollution caused by environmentally harmful waste, recover recyclable waste, protect natural resources by reducing the use of limited resources, and continuously improve all activities that have an environmental impact.

* Plan and implement monitoring and training activities to enhance the awareness and environmental consciousness of employees, stakeholders, and suppliers regarding Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Social Responsibility.
